Caring for your child at end of life – family guide

We know that every family’s experience of losing a child is unique and always devastating. Some will care for a child with a life-limiting illness for years, others only hours.

Whatever your situation, it will feel as though your world is falling apart. Our new End of Life Guide for families provides practical information to support families at the most unbearable of times. It answers questions and provides support. Families might want to work through the guide with their care team one step at a time, when they are ready. We hope that the guide will enable families to make informed choices and provide support to talk to a care team about wishes.
